No (excluding the first year when Forest Gump got four acting nods, but no ensemble category existed yet)

Only Forrest Gump because there wasn't any Ensemble category for that year yet. Otherwise, it's 3 max.

I think Babylon will be snubbed in Ensemble. Late release, potential C- Cinemascore... All Chazelle movies were snubbed.

SAG should in theory prob be the place where the films plays the worst so not ouragerous per se, but then again The Irishman near maxed out at guilds so seems wise to keep it in for now.

I can see Tom Hanks’s Elvis (2022) will be next Amy Adams’s Hillbilly Elegy (2020) or next Jared Leto’s House of Gucci (2021) for this season at SAG.

What do we think of Top Gun Maverick's chances here in Cast...and Actor? The latter category is so barren with major names after Butler/Fraser/Jackman that I really don't think it's impossible that he shows up here. And while the movie is mostly a testament to Cruise's star power, it still has a well-stacked ensemble of well-known names and major young up-and-comers (well, is Teller an up-and-comer still? anyway). Just something I've started thinking about.

It's locked for me in ensemble, no chance I'm dropping it. Don't feel Cruise though.

Cruise is definitely in play. After Fraser/Jackman/Butler, it's a lot of small films (Nighy) and/or unknowns (ie Calva) so I'd probably predict him for now. I think any talk of the translating to an Oscar nom, no matter how weak the category is, is simply absurd though.

I feel like nominating The Woman King for Ensemble is something SAG would do.
