Watching Dopesick now. Just 2 episodes. Dever is fantastic and Dawson may have material to be nominated, and you can't never dismiss Winnigham if she has enough material in next episodes. So this category is stronger than I thought to declare Coolidge the winner that soon.
Winningham is probably being really underestimated, by myself included. She’s at the top of half the ballots, she’s a recognizable name and if voters watch the entire series she has some showy material towards the end of it.
I’m tempted to slot her in and take Dawson out because Dawson really doesn’t have a whole lot to do, but Dawson is more center to the story since she’s the lead in one of the storylines.
Maybe Dopesick gets 3 in here instead of The White Lotus.
Dawson is good but she disappears in the second half of the series just to do a cameo in the final episode, so I can see Winningham replacing her as she has enough emotional stuff to be nominated.

Sticking with my original gut predictions of Dopesick, White Lotus, and Maid dominating. I'm a lot lower on Maid and probably shouldn't be predicting Rose, but I'm just gonna hopedict her into happening. The Winningham talk is interesting, and I'm never gonna discount Metcalf, but I'm gonna stick with my seven and hope for the best.
Yeah I've been leaning toward a line-up entirely comprised of Dopesick, Maid and The White Lotus. I absolutely won't be surprised if they namecheck Laurie Metcalf or even Ellen Burstyn.

Really not sure anyone is safe here besides Coolidge,Dever and Dawson. Could see White Lotus get 4 noms or just Coolidge,Binoche is definitely in if they watched all of The Staircase but not sure how many voters did.
This whole Sydney Sweeney buzz in this category comes from Euphoria, I honestly doubt they'd go with her over Daddario, Britton or even Rothwell. I also don't remember Sweeney being singled out much in the reviews or by the audience.
