Yep. Scorsese is probably going to get asked about it again a bunch on the Flower Moon press tour from journalists desperate for a headline leading to a bunch of "Why can't the old man just let it go?" comments.

Like the devout but gentle Catholic he is, I'm pretty sure Scorsese has a very "hate the sin, not the sinner" worldview. In fact, way back in the early 2000's, his comments about the Spider-Man movies were effectively "Ugh, but good for Sam Raimi."

I would like to this this to, he seems like a really good guy who just likes to express his views on films.

I'm pretty sure if there are ever any roles in Scorsese or Tarantino's films that would fit Hemsworth, he'd be considered. It's not like he ONLY does MCU movies, and I highly doubt Scorsese or Tarantino would only view him as an MCU actor. Their approach is more to criticize the brand or people like Feige, who drive it, not the actual people who make it. Not to mention, Hemsworth has proven himself to be worthy (Hemsworthy?) of being taken seriously as an actor, since he's done some good character-based work. He'll be fine - the question isn't whether they will cast him, but rather if either of them actually will make films that have a character for him. He could've played Tex in Once Upon a Time...in Hollywood, for example.

Yeah I mean at least one of these directors have worked with Samuel L. Jackson, Cate Blanchett, Jamie Foxx, Mark Ruffalo, Ben Kingsley, Tim Roth and Andrew Garfield in the past. So it's not like actors working on Marvel movies a stigma or anything.
