"Vice" and "The Favourite" can be classified as campy drama (Actually for a good time, "The Favourite" was classified as drama). And if we go for the original source there are actually broad comedic moments (Even in a ridiculous way like the trial coverage). If they go for campy, it can enter perfectly as comedy as a "satire". For much less, the Golden Globes nominated more serious dramas in comedy. If HoG kept that campy and broad comedic elements, it can be a natural fit.

House of Gucci is not Comedy, it's just funny for it's camp value AKA not intentional comedy.

But, stranger things have happened and the Globes will do whatever they want, like they always have.
